Service Scope
AutoGrow provides marketing and automation services which may include:
• Ads setup & management (Meta / Google / LinkedIn)
• Funnel & landing page design (if applicable)
• CRM access for lead tracking
• Follow-up automation sequences
• Sales pipeline setup
• Weekly lead reporting
• AI Agent setup (trial period as per plan)
• Bonus tools (WhatsApp automation, AI Chatbot, Voice Calls, SMS setup) subject to package and offers.
Deliverables may vary depending on the selected package (Monthly / 6-Month / One-Time Setup).
Fees & Payment
• The 6-Month Growth Package fee is ₹60,000 + GST + ₹1,200 handling charges.
• Full advance payment qualifies the client for bonus setups (WhatsApp automation, AI chatbot, voice calls, SMS setup).
• EMI options may be available at the discretion of AutoGrow.
• Second ad campaign (if created during the 6-month period) will be charged at 70% of the original package cost.
• Ad video creation cost is included only in the 6-month package. If full payment is not made, a copyrighted watermark video will be used for ad campaigns.
Campaign Timelines
• In the first week, AutoGrow completes ad concept, video, and creatives.
• Meta or other ad platforms may take 2–3 additional days for review and approval.
• In some cases, campaign launch may take up to 10–15 days (industry average).
• Clients should understand initial days are testing & optimization phase: results may not appear immediately. Leads generally improve gradually as campaigns are optimized.
• Narrow target audiences, high-ticket clients, new businesses, or emerging technologies may affect lead flow.
Performance & Leads
• AutoGrow uses proven strategies and past experience to optimize campaigns for best results.
• While every effort is made, AutoGrow does not guarantee leads, as results depend on factors beyond our control (industry, offer, pricing, target audience, market readiness).
• If leads are received but the client fails to follow up or convert them, this is not considered under refund criteria.
• Conversion of leads into paying customers requires sales expertise on the client’s side. AutoGrow is not responsible for sales performance.
Edits & Change Requests
• Up to 2 video edit requests per month will be accepted. Additional edits are subject to AutoGrow’s discretion.
• Changes and campaign update requests will typically take 2–3 working days to implement, subject to Meta/Google review timelines (which may take up to 48 hours).
Tools & Facilities
• WhatsApp Automation, AI Chatbot, Voice Call Service, and SMS setup are provided free for the first month.
• From the second month onward, tool charges will apply as follows:
• WhatsApp Automation: ₹1,500/month + per-message charges (₹0.12–₹0.88 as per Meta)
• AI Chatbot: ₹1,500/month + AI credit usage as per volume
• Voice Calls/SMS: Pay-per-use charges as per provider pricing
• AutoGrow manages integration but is not liable for downtime/issues of third-party providers.
Backend Access
• AutoGrow is responsible for campaign execution and lead generation only.
• Clients will not be provided backend access to ad accounts or campaign setups, as these are technical processes handled internally.
• Clients may request verbal clarification on strategy and performance, but technical configurations remain under AutoGrow’s control.
Refund Policy
• Refunds apply only if no potential leads are generated over the contract period, subject to proper approvals and compliance.
• Refunds will not cover third-party tool charges, ad platform restrictions, client delays, or failure to follow up on leads.
• Setup/creative costs are non-refundable once delivered.
Client Responsibilities
• Provide accurate business information and discovery form answers.
• Respond to leads in a timely manner and maintain sales follow-ups.
• Approve creatives, budgets, and campaign changes promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Meta/Google ad policies (products, claims, etc.).
Confidentiality & Data Usage
All lead data generated through campaigns will be delivered to the client via CRM, reports, or other approved formats. AutoGrow respects confidentiality and does not share personal data with unauthorized third parties.
However, in cases where a lead is found to be irrelevant, unqualified, or outside the client’s defined target criteria, AutoGrow reserves the right to use such data solely for research, optimization, and industry benchmarking purposes. This helps us refine campaigns and improve overall lead quality across projects.
We ensure that such usage will never disclose sensitive client identifiers and will always comply with applicable data protection and privacy regulations.
Limitation of Liability
• AutoGrow does not guarantee specific revenue or ROI.
• Results depend on product-market fit, pricing, audience, and client-side sales process.
• AutoGrow is not liable for business losses due to platform delays, restrictions, or third-party downtime.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Vadodara, Gujarat.
Acceptance
By making payment or engaging AutoGrow services, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
